Christmas Faces Set of Four

Four Christmas faces, each one stamped in the same press that cuts it.

Every one of these is printed in this colour.

About this shape

Faces rather than full figures, so the whole biscuit is the expression. Each one is a portrait head with the features cut deep enough to read from across the table, which is what makes them worth baking plain and leaving unfrosted.

Every face cuts its outline and presses its detail in a single push, so there is no lining up a separate stamp on a shape you have already cut. The relief is deep enough to survive a rise in the oven. Best on a firm chilled dough that holds its edge: shortbread, gingerbread or a stamped sugar cookie.
