Where we ship, what it costs, and how long it takes.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch within 2 business days, plus shipping time. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 we'll deliver within a reasonable time. You'll get a tracking number once your order ships.

Costs & timeframes

We ship within New Zealand only. Shipping is charged in NZD and shown before you confirm your order. Timeframes below are transit time after dispatch.

NZ Post Economy: $7, 1 to 3 business days.
NZ Post Courier: $9, 1 to 2 business days.
NZ Post Courier & Signature: $12, 1 to 2 business days.

Orders over $60 get free Economy shipping.

If something goes wrong in transit
