About this shape
The second dig. Four skeletons that share no shape with Set One, so the two sets together make a tray of eight different animals rather than the same four twice: the plated back of a stegosaurus, a sail-backed hunter, a lean raptor and a pterosaur with its wings out.
The plates, the sail and the wing bones are what make each one recognisable, and all of them are embossed by the same press that cuts the outline. The flying one is the widest shape here, wings out to the full width of the cutter, so give it room on the tray. Chill the dough, press straight down and lift without twisting.
