About this shape
Not dinosaur outlines, dinosaur skeletons. Every rib, vertebra and eye socket is pressed into the dough as the shape is cut, so the biscuit comes out looking like something dug out of the ground rather than like a green blob with legs.
Four different animals rather than four poses of the same one: the t-rex, the triceratops, a long-necked sauropod and a sea reptile that lies flat across the tray. The bones are the fine detail, so they are embossed rather than cut, which keeps them crisp instead of tearing the dough as the cutter comes away. Chill the dough properly, press straight down and lift without twisting, and the tails and necks come off clean.
